About Kathie Nielsen

Over the course of her 35 year career, Kathie Nielsen has taught elementary school, coached other teachers, and managed one of California’s largest and most diverse public school districts, all while raising 3 children and surviving breast cancer.  Now she is passing her many life lessons on to her clients.

Kathie Nielsen Coaching and Consulting is not designed to tell you what the answers to life’s problems are. Instead, it teaches women to see life’s challenges and opportunities for what they are, helping them to recognize their own strengths and power to move forward.
